The 3rd Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employment in Local Government National Roundtable was convened in Cairns, QLD, in late 2013.
The Roundtable, like the previous ones, was underpinned by the National Indigenous Employment in Local Government Position Paper , which provides a framework for much of this work.

The Roundtable began with a Welcome to Country by Mr Gudjugudju Fourmile, followed by an introduction by ACELG Chair, the Hon Margaret Reynolds, followed by a welcome by Cairns Regional Council Mayor, Bob Manning OAM.
