Australia-South Korean Local Government Professional Fellowship
The Governors Association of Korea (GOAK) is currently accepting applications for the 2012 intake of the K2H (Korea Heart to Heart) Fellowship program. It is the aim of this fellowship program to foster international cooperation among Korean and foreign local governments. Fellows will spend up to 6 months being hosted by a community building networks and exchanging information and ideas with their host.
This annual Fellowship program for local government professionals has been running since 1999. In this time more than 400 public officials from approximately 15 countries have participated.
The Governors Association of Korea (GOAK) consists of Mayors and Governors of 16 local governments throughout South Korea. Further information can be found at:

While Fellows are encouraged to spend 6 months in South Korea the length of stay, age requirements are all negotiable.
